Mohammed Mwinyi Mzale

H.E. Mohammed Mwinyi Mzale Ambassador of the United Republic of Tanzania in Stockholm, Sweden who is also accredited to Denmark, Finland, Norway, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia, Ukraine and Lithuania

The Ambassador started his diplomatic career in 1992, after one year in the position of the Minister of Education of Zanzibar. In 1993 - 2002, he served as Tanzania's ambassador in Egypt, and in 2002 - 2006, in Saudi Arabia. Before being commissioned to Sweden, he worked as the Director of the Near East Department in Tanzania's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

Ambassador Muhammed Mwinyi Haji Mzale also served as a third non-resident Ambassador of Tanzania to Latvia. He has obtained a master’s degree in social sciences at The Hague University in the Netherlands.
