Obed Katikaza was ambassador of Tanzania to Mozambique Immediately after Mozambique obtained Its independence In 1975. Katikaza also worked in various government departments in Tanzania and was secretary general of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs 1970, in the Office of Itifaki (agreement possibly treaties], executive chairman of the Insurance Board and ambassador of Tanzania to France and Zambia.
